CUBS AND BULBULS
KLS School develop the inherent potential of the children by providing them with structured activities.
The Veera Madakari Cub Unit led by Cub Master Mr. Shridhar Chigare and Vanaki Obavva Bulbul Unit led by Flock Leader Mrs. Laxmi Deshpande. A number of activities like trekking, drawing and craft, pottery, singing were the highlights of the camp. Preparing the young generation to take up bigger and attain physical and mental growth, the Cuba and Bulbuls were taken to Yellur Fort, plant nursery Military Mahadev, Hindalga Ganesha Temple. mbracing the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Scouts and Guides organized a cleanliness drive.
SCOUTS AND GUIDES
A way of developing and expressing our patriotism, the Scout and guide unit in school aims to develop character, self-reliance, and leadership skills. A well-trained scouts troup trained by Mr. Sukumar Ghattad scout master Sangolli Rayanna Scout Troop. And Mrs Sandya Kesarekar Captain of Rani Chennamma Guide Company
An Ambulance Man Badge information session was organized for the Scouts and Guides of KLS School on the school grounds. The session was conducted by the DHO Ambulance team, guided by staff nurse Mr. Laxman Lamani, Mr. Santosh Madar, and driver Mr. Manjunath G.S.
The members also attended Scouts and Guides Rajya Puraskar testing camp held at STC Kondajji, Davangere from 27th to 29th October 2024. Along with 8 scouts and 15 guides.
