Admission forms

• Admission Forms will be given after verification of Date of Birth certificate.
• Duly filled Admission forms to be submitted during office hours only.
• Admission once taken cannot be cancelled.

AGE LIMIT

              Nursery:   The child must have completed 3 years of age as on 31st May 2026

              LKG :       The child must have completed 4 years of age as on 31st May 2026

              UKG :       The child must have completed 5 years of age as on 31st May 2026

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORM:

• Zerox Copy of Birth Certificate.
• One passport size photograph of the candidate.
• Zerox Copy of Aadhaar Card of child, Father and Mother.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

• Original Birth Certificate of candidate.
• Notarized copy of the Income and Caste certificate (if applicable).
• For address proof notarized copy of Aadhaar Card of child and Ration Card / Voter ID of the parents.
