Admission forms

• Admission forms for Nursery and L.KG will be issued from 06/02/2025 from 10.30am to 1.30pm in the school office..  
• Forms will be given against submission of Date of Birth certificate copy.
• Submission of duly filled application Form to School Office for Nursery & L.KG admissions from 10/02/2025 to 13/02/2025 during office hours.
• The Interview dates of Candidate / Parents will be displayed on 15/02/2025 (Saturday)
  

  AGE LIMIT

  Nursery: (Date of Birth between:  1^st   June 2021 to 31^st May 2022)

  LKG :     (Date of Birth between: 1^st  June2020 to 31^st May 2021)

  UKG :     (Date of Birth between: 1^st June 2019 to 31^stMay 2020)

  Filled Admission form should be submitted on 14^th & 15^th February, 2024

  Documents required for New Admission

       1. Original Birth Certificate

       2. Xerox copy of Aadhar Card of the child, Father and Mother

      3.Address proof ( Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID) any one should Notarized
